Saints Rally to Beat Panthers, Clinch Share of SAC Crown

Tonight, Bishop Dwenger played Snider for the second time in three days. The Panthers won 2-1 in extra innings on Tuesday. But tonight, the Saints got their payback.

Snider got three runs in the top of the third, including two off an Aaron Fenn single. But Dwenger started the rally in the fourth. Kasen Oribello drove in Brayton Thomas to make it 3-1.

It was Beau Jacquay who drove home Xavier Aguirre with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning.

The win means that Dwenger shares the SAC conference title with Snider. Both teams finish with conference records of 12-2.
