Blackhawk Christian hosted Snider today in the two teams’ respective baseball openers. The game featured a lot of defense, including two diving catches in right field by Gage Sefton (after starting the game in left field). Sefton was also the Braves’ hero at the plate. He drove home the game’s only run, a single in the fifth inning that brought home Clay Pickett.
Blackhawk Christian starts their season at 1-0. Snider falls to 0-1.
