Loyer Wins Second Straight Glass Spike Award
The Summit Athletic Conference released its 2023 season awards on Wednesday and Concordia Lutheran senior Jersey Loyer won her second consecutive glass spike award, the top player in the conference.
Northrop’s Tayanna Rollins was named the Ry Taliaferro Coach of the Year, and senior Gabrielle Rose of the Bruins was awarded the Mental Attitude Award.
SAC champion Bishop Dwenger, as well as Northrop, and Concordia each had six players named All-conference team.
