First Place Chargers, Third Place Saints Prepare for a Saturday SAC Showdown

Published on

Carroll is first place in the Summit Athletic Conference. Bishop Dwenger is third. They will face each other on Saturday night at Carroll High School.

The game features a great quarterback battle. Jeff Becker is Indiana’s second-leading passer. Meanwhile, Brenden Lytle, now a third-year starting QB, continues to grow and improve.

The defenses are led by talented groups of athletes. Carroll is led by the likes of linebackers Hunter Mertz and Craig McGinnis as well as defensive backs Cade Dinan and Ethan Beaupre. Dwenger is led by athletes such as linebackers John Michael Fabini, Devon Tippmann, and Gavin Groves as well as D-lineman Vinny Fiacable.
