5 to Know: North Side’s Jaydin Rivers

Jaydin Rivers Saving His Best for Last

North Side senior quarterback Jaydin Rivers is making his mark in a big way. The 6’3”, 215-pound lefty currently leads all area passers with 1,181 yards through four games, ranking 6th in the state of Indiana. Even more impressive, Rivers has accounted for 14 touchdowns with zero interceptions, posting a stellar 141.6 QBR for Head Coach Ben Johnson.

He turned in a career performance this past Friday in the Legends’ 49–14 victory over Concordia, throwing for a career-high 398 yards and tying a school record with six touchdown passes.

Rivers, who carries a 3.5 core GPA, is proving why he’s one of the premier quarterbacks in Northeast Indiana as he enters the stretch run of his senior season. Check out the 5 to Know with Jaydin Rivers!
