Snider’s running game was led, as usual, by Tyrese Brown and Langston Leavell. Brown rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown. Leavell rushed for 54 yards on 18 carries. Quarterback Luke Haupert went 11 for 15 passing and threw a touchdown pass to Carter Wortman.
Snider defeated defending two-time conference champion Homestead on Friday night. The win moves the Panthers to 3-1 on the season. They were led in part by a defense that held the Spartans to 14 points. Domanick Moon led Snider with 10 tackles. Markell Keal had a sack. Adoreon Rogers had an interception. The Panthers also recovered two fumbles.
