Who or what has had the biggest impact on your athletic journey so far?

The biggest impact has been hitting the weight room as much as possible. Getting bigger, faster, stronger is something everyone needs to strive for.

What’s your pregame routine or ritual that gets you locked in?

I like to listen to music and get my mind off of the game for a while. Once we go out for specialties is when I really get into the mindset for the game.

What’s your proudest moment in sports — and why does it stand out?

My proudest moment was last year during the sectional game to be able to score two touchdowns in the eventual win against Lebanon. Being able to celebrate with my team was a moment I think about a lot.

What are your goals — both short-term and long-term — in your sport or beyond?

Short term l’d like to be an all-conference first team player as well as winning the sectional and possibly regional this year for both football and baseball. Long term, I want to play college baseball if possible while studying exercise science, potentially going to school to do physical therapy.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you — on or off the field?

I love to golf. I may not be very good, but I only started about a year and a half ago, and I’m getting a lot better. I also have found the passion of watching golf.
