    SPONSORSHIP TERMS
    SummitCitySports requires at least one payment to be received prior to logo/commercial/reader being played on broadcast. Outstanding balances from prior year sponsorships must be paid in full prior to placement on the current years broadcasts.

    Sponsor must submit logo, tagline and/or commercial at least 7 days prior to broadcast. Otherwise, SCS cannot guarantee inclusion in upcoming week’s broadcast. Sponsors may choose to update or change logo, tagline and/or commercial at any time during the season. Changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior to broadcast to take effect.

    Invoices will be sent through email to the contact person provided above. Payment is accepted in the form of a check, payable to SummitCitySports, 9903 Watterson Rd, Churubusco, IN 46723.

    Invoices are net 30 and SummitCitySports reserves the right to remove company from broadcast for excessive nonpayment. Sponsor agrees to contact SCS immediately for any changes or updates to sponsorship levels or contact information, particularly if payment cannot be made in full by May of the current season. The calendar year starts July 1 and ends June 30.
